She said they been trying to reach me by mail and phone but couldn't. Then she said their client flagged me as evasive and noncompliant. She wanted me to call back to avoid further penalty or they would file documentation in my case. I don't even know what this is about. No company name was given. Just a phone number. Felt really strange.
Call saying they are filing paperwork and now calling my family
The number was 409-761-7631. They told me to press one or call back to avoid further penalty.
Now they are calling my family members and telling them I listed them as a reference. My mother almost gave them my information and her social security number. I never gave them permission to call anyone.

Didn’t call back. Didn’t lose any money but still felt weird getting that.
