Phone call about double charge and debt collection with no company name
But the thing is, they already double charged my account and my bank declined the payments a few times. It wasn't a real collection agency or anything. They said I was evasive and noncompliant and to call them back at 409-761-7631 or press one.
The whole message felt strange. No company name on anything, just a phone number from Texas. I didn't call back.
