Voicemail about debt from someone calling my spouse as a reference

I keep getting these voicemails from a woman named Mrs. Clark saying shes with payment processing. They call me from (971) 204-8226 but the number they leave to call back is (409) 761-7631. Theyve left the same message like 6 times in the past week.

The voicemail says its urgent and they need to verify my address because theyre getting ready to file some kind of documentation in my case. They said they tried mailing me and calling and I was flagged as evasive and noncompliant. They also called my spouse and said she was a reference or something which felt weird.

I dont know what this is about. I never got any mail from them and I dont owe anyone money that I know of. The message says to call 409-761-7631 to avoid further penalty but Im not calling that number.

Got a weird call about a case and penalties from a Mrs. Clark

I got this urgent call from someone saying she's Mrs. Clark with payment processing. The message said it was for me and to press one or hold. She said they're preparing to file documentation in my case and need to verify my address. She claimed they tried to contact me by mail and phone and that I was flagged as evasive and noncompliant.

To avoid further penalty, she said I need to contact them immediately. The number she gave was 409-761-7631. She repeated it and said to press one to be transferred or call back. The whole thing felt off. I don't know what case she's talking about and I never got any mail from them.
