Drywall repair turned into a nightmare with extra charges

I hired Mark Thomann from MRT Services to do a drywall repair job for $700. Paid him that up front. Then he tore the drywall out of my place and said I needed to pay another $350 to finish it. I felt like I had no choice so I paid that too.

After he finished the work he demanded another $900. I said no way. Then he started harassing me with lawsuits. First in Small Claims Court where he lost. Then in Magistrate Court where his case got thrown out too.

I found out later that Mark Thomann has been labeled a Vexatious Litigant in Idaho. He's done this to other people with hundreds of lawsuits and motions. I think he's just going to keep trying to scam people.
