Got a fake "final notice" letter about losing my home insurance

I got this letter in the mail saying it was a final notice. It told me to contact them immediately to stop against losing my home owners insurance. They said it was my last notice before losing my services.

The letter said to call this 1-888 number and ask for someone named Ms. Mercer. The whole thing felt off. I'm just glad I figured out it was a scam before my mom tried to call them. She was about to.
