Text about a lottery win from someone I don't know

I got a text from a Camellia K Talachi saying I won a lottery. She said she was forwarding me to a man who was going to help me with it. I never entered any lottery so it didn't make sense right away.

The phone number was 1(479) 518-7566 and they had a website called Multi state lottery associaton. There was also an email [email protected]. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange getting a text like that out of nowhere. No company name on the text itself either.
