Phone from Murena doesn't work and they won't help

I bought a phone from Murena.com. They buy phones from Fairphone in Europe and resell them here in America. The phone doesn't work right. It can't send or receive RCS texts, which is like a third of the American market. That basically makes the phone useless for me.

Then when I tried to get help they just ignored me. They kept delaying their email replies until my warranty ran out. So now they won't do anything.

I lost $800 on this. It feels like a total scam. They sold me a counterfeit product that doesn't even work here.
