Ordered from a Facebook ad and no one will reply

Saw an ad on Facebook, looked legit enough so I ordered. That was it. Sent them 3 emails after that asking about my order and nothing. Not even a "we got your money" or anything. I paid $14.99 and just want my stuff or my money back. Their website is nurney's and the email is [email protected]. No response at all.
