Letter asking if I still own my home after 6 years

Got a letter from these people at 11921 Freedom Dr. Two Fountain Square Ste 550, Reston, VA 20190. They sent a voucher for $1000 and wanted me to call them right away at (888) 505-0842 about some home warranty thing.

The letter asked if I still own my home after being here 6 years. That felt weird. They emailed from [email protected] but I never asked for anything from them.

I didn't lose any money but the whole thing seems off. Just a fake invoice or bill type of thing I guess.
