Ordered gold jewelry from what looked like Kay Jewelers Outlet

I saw this website from my google news feed and it said it was Kay Jewelers Outlet. Everything on there looked legit, it said the jewelry was made of gold. I even checked the materials listed on each piece before buying. Even when I was paying it still looked like a Kay Jewelers Outlet site.

What I got in the mail is clearly fake jewelry. I have tried calling, emailing [email protected], and submitting a ticket on their site to get a refund but nobody will help me. Nothing works.

The charge on my credit card shows a company in Colorado. The package came from a Vernon, CA address. The phone number they gave is from New Jersey. Total was $352.91.
