Approved for a loan but they're taking way more money than they said

I got approved for a $1000 loan but only $800 came into my account. I set up the electronic payments from my bank like they said. The lady told me the payments would be for the $800 plus the service fees, and she mentioned an extra $200.

Now I call back and they say out of the fees, only $30 is going toward those extra fees. If I let them keep taking money until they stop, I would have given them $2000 total. This is robbery.

They are overdrafting my account by almost $250 every single month, even though I've already paid back more than the loan amount.
