Bought a car visor clip that was terrible quality and can't get help

I bought an item from My Spotify Glass. When it came in the mail, the quality was horrible. It was a car visor picture clip. The plastic container for the picture was so thick you couldn't even see the picture. The picture itself was just a thin business card and the image was bad quality.

I emailed them multiple times. I answered their questions and sent pictures, explaining the problems. They asked for a video, but I couldn't upload it to email. I asked for another way to send it and they never answered that. Every reply I got felt like a copied and pasted response from some website.

They didn't answer my actual questions. They didn't give me any way to escalate my complaint or really help. I'm out $28 and stuck with this useless item.
