Signed up for something and now getting charged every month with no way to stop it

I got this charge on my card for $29.99 and it said from My Tiny Thinker. I looked it up and it’s this website Mytinythinker.com. I never signed up for a subscription or anything like that. I don’t even know what they sell.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] and nobody wrote back. I called the number on my statement, (800) 748-6405, and no one picks up or calls me back. I just want them to stop taking money out of my account. They already took $150 total and I can’t get them to unsubscribe me or reply.
