Booked flights through mytravelhaus.com and never got my tickets

I bought airline tickets through mytravelhaus.com on June 25th. When I didn't get my e-tickets I called them on July 4th and they said I would get them 24 hours before my flight on July 5th at noon.

So on July 5th I called again and they said I would get the tickets after 6 pm. I called after 6 pm and got a message saying the flight I booked was sold out and they could find a better option. This made me have to spend more money on a hotel and new airline tickets for me and my three kids because we had to stay an extra night. I lost $536.40.
