Charged $92.79 for a subscription I never signed up for

I was charged $92.79 for a subscription this company My-Trip-Online said I made. I did not consent to it. I was in Europe when I saw a charge of $0.93 on my credit card on May 12. Didn't really think much of it because it was just cents and I was in the middle of a vacation. Then on May 15, I was charged $92.79. Then I REALLY checked. It was from this company and I called them up and I said to CANCEL the subscription which they said I made.

I have been calling them and emailing them to refund me but they only offered a 50% refund. When I checked the internet about this company, I saw TONS of complaints dating back many years and presently. This company needs to be STOPPED!! They have call centers for customer service but the main office is listed in Cyprus. How can we go about stopping this company in victimizing more people now and in the future?
