Vacation voucher canceled my Hawaii hotel without telling me

So I called my hotel in Hawaii today, April 19, 2026, to make sure my reservation was still good since I booked it back in December 2025. They told me it was cancelled for "no payment." They said four emails were sent asking for a new payment method but the card on file wasn't mine and the email they used wasn't mine either.

Now my husband and I are scrambling to find somewhere to stay last minute for our 10-year anniversary trip. We lost $1400 on this. I have no idea what happened with myvacationvoucher.com or the number (386) 255-3393. I just know our reservation is gone and nobody told us.
