Ordered a hoodie online and never got it, no refund either

I bought a hoodie from my3dhoodie.com. They took my money, over $63, and said they’d send it. The tracking just showed “in transit” for more than a month. Every time I emailed their support, they told me to just wait, that it would take 5 to 10 business days. But that time was way past.

I still never got the item. It never came. Now they won’t give me a refund. I’m out the money and have nothing to show for it.
