Ordered a Mets hoodie and the stamp is totally off

I ordered a Mets hoodie from my 3d hoodies. It took a month to get here and when it finally came the stamp is all wrong. It’s supposed to be above the pocket line but they stamped it halfway on the pocket and halfway above it. You can’t even wear it like that.

I’ve been emailing them since the day I got it. They take weeks between replies. The hoodie shipped from Jersey City, New Jersey but now they’re telling me I have to send it back to China if I want a refund. I already paid $44.94 for this thing.

Ordered a hoodie online and never got it, no refund either

I bought a hoodie from my3dhoodie.com. They took my money, over $63, and said they’d send it. The tracking just showed “in transit” for more than a month. Every time I emailed their support, they told me to just wait, that it would take 5 to 10 business days. But that time was way past.

I still never got the item. It never came. Now they won’t give me a refund. I’m out the money and have nothing to show for it.
