Paid for a cooling product that never showed up

I ordered a cooling thing from their website myeversoft.com. Paid 98 bucks. It said shipped and I was waiting for it.

Then it said delivered but nothing was at my house. I checked all around. No package. The only way to reach them is through email so I emailed asking for a refund. No reply yet. I don't know what else to do.
