Bought a product that didn’t work and then they took more money

I ordered something from mynovapaw.com because it said it would do what I needed. It didn’t do that at all. Total waste of money.

Then I noticed they started taking more payments out of my account. I never said they could do that. No product came for those payments either. I guess if they had sent something I would have caught on faster that this was a bigger scam than just the first useless thing they sold me.

Their email is [email protected]. I lost $330 total.
