Ordered from Mynuora, can't get a reply or a return label

I placed an order and it didn't seem like everything arrived. I tried calling the number, but it just says they can't answer the call. That felt off, so I looked into this company more and it sounds like a total scam.

I've emailed them three times now asking for a return label so I can send the products back. They aren't responding at all. Their site says email will be answered in 24 hours, but that's not true. I see many complaints about this company.

I just want to be credited for the order I placed. I want to return it and make sure they don't send me anything else.
