Personality test site keeps charging me and I can’t cancel

I don’t even remember taking any personality test but this site mypersonality.net says I did. They have an address on Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles and their email is [email protected]. They charged me $111.52 and I have no idea what for.

When I tried to cancel the monthly charge they made me take a personality test to do it. But taking the test just signs me back up for the subscription. There’s no way to actually stop it. I never got anything from them.

I just want them to stop taking money out. I didn’t sign up for this.

Online personality test charged me $80 with no refund

I took this online personality test on mypersonality.net and it said it was free or just a small fee. Next thing I know $80 is gone from my account. I called the number (855) 342-8558 and emailed [email protected] but nobody helped.

They told me the payment system and promotional services are different things. But I looked at my receipts and the amounts match up perfectly. So that doesn't make sense. They won't give my money back.

The address they have is 1875 Century Park E, Los Angeles, CA 90067 but I don't know if that's even real. Just feels like they took my money and made up some excuse.

Got charged $143.80 for something I never bought

I got a charge on my card for $143.80 from mypersonality.net. I never made any purchase from them. I don't even know what that site is. I checked the charge and it says it's for an online purchase, but I didn't buy anything.

I tried to contact them using the email they have listed, [email protected], but I never got a reply. The phone number listed, (855) 342-8558, doesn't seem to work right either. The whole thing feels off. I just want my money back for this charge I didn't authorize.

Charged for a personality test I didn't want to pay for

I was on Facebook and took one of those online personality tests. The site was mypersonality.net. When it got to the part asking for payment, I closed everything. I didn't want to pay for it.

Later that same night, I saw a charge on my account for $27.88. The money just came out. I never agreed to pay anything. I didn't consent to this charge at all. It's from an address in Lost Angeles, CA.
