Signed up for a trial and got charged quarterly without any warning

I signed up for a 14 day limited access at $1.45 on December 5, 2022. Since December 19, 2022 I’ve been charged $59 quarterly ever since. I only have one email from the website from when I logged in the first time on 12/5/22. No emails prior to every quarter about the charges to come. No notice or anything. They just kept taking money out. I didn’t even realize it was happening until I checked my statements. Their website is myqrcode.com and their email is [email protected]. Address says NY, USA. I lost $826 total.
