Got a weird voicemail about a relief check I never asked for

I got this voicemail from a guy named Dan. He said he was from myreliefcheck.com. The message said their records show I might have over five thousand dollars waiting in a relief check issued in my name. He said it could be from past programs or federal assistance and that it hasn't been collected yet.

He told me to visit www.myreliefcheck.com, search my name, and collect it before it gets returned. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything like this. The call came from 1(215) 631-3172 and they listed an address in Pennsylvania. I didn't click anything or lose money, but it just seems like a phishing attempt to get my information.
