Ordered sewing kits but got cheap Christmas ornaments instead

I ordered 2 mouse sewing kits online. Paid about 48 dollars for them. What showed up in the mail was 2 felt Christmas ornaments, like the kind you would find at a dollar store.

I tried to get them to send the right items. They said what they sent was "comfortable" or something. It was not. They would not send the correct stuff. Then they said no refund at all. After I kept pushing they offered me 12 dollars. Said that was all they could give.
