Ordered from Mytruevia and never got anything back

I ordered from Mytruevia and it was a total scam. The product never showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever replied. I lost $24.00. Their website is Mytruevia. I don't know what else to do, just wanted to put this out there so people know.
