Ordered a trial and got charged $100 with no product

I ordered a product to try from Mytruevia.com and they automatically put me on a subscription. I never authorized that. They took $50 out two months in a row so $100 total. I never even got the product.

I sent a bunch of emails to [email protected] asking them to cancel and refund me. No response at all. I also tried calling (304) 669-6497 but nobody picks up. This feels like a scam.
