Keeps charging me for reports I didn't order

I bought a Vin Report for a trailer I was selling back in January. It was a one-time thing, $65.99 for two reports. Then in March, I see a charge for $69.99 for another report I never asked for. I got in touch and they said they'd close my account and give me a refund.

Now it's April 20th and they charged me another $49.99. I contacted them again through the account portal, because the email and phone number don't work. The person just said he'd contact Accounting. That's it. I'm still getting charged and I can't even get through on their listed contacts.
