Ordered from MyVitality Store and never got anything

I ordered something from MyVitality Store and lost $97.95. Their email is [email protected]. They never gave me a phone number. I looked online and found one but when I called it wasn't a real number.

I emailed them a bunch of times about my order. They kept saying it was on the way. Never came. They gave me a tracking number but when I looked it up there was nothing there. So I went to my credit card company. They gave me a temporary credit but then denied my claim a few times after that. This has been going on since March 2026.

Is there anything ScamPulse.com can do to help me get my money back?
