Ordered something in May, still waiting with a fake tracking number

I ordered something back at the beginning of May 2026 and I still haven't gotten my items. It's now 06/10/26. They keep giving me a tracking number that says in transit but nothing ever shows up.

They told me they had to use a warehouse outside the USA because the one here was out of stock. That didn't make much sense to me. I already filed a dispute with PayPal about it. I saw another complaint from March 2026 saying the same thing, so I guess I'm not the only one.
