Ordered pants online and never got them, no reply from support

I bought pants from nallywear.com and my money came out, $24.98. I never got the pants. I've emailed their support at [email protected] a bunch of times. No answers. I tried the phone number I had, (232) 000-0000, and that didn't work either. Nothing.
