Paid for a pre-order that got cancelled and still no refund
Then I got emails with pre-order updates on 9/20, 10/25, and 11/3. On 12/10 they emailed saying a shipping target for December. Then on 2/24/26 they said the order was cancelled and refunded. Next day they emailed again saying payouts were frozen because of a pending lawsuit with Shopify.
On 4/30/26 I emailed them again asking about my refund because nothing showed up on my credit card. They replied with an image saying Shopify denied the refund and told me to have my bank do a chargeback and they would accept it. But it's way past the time I can dispute the charge with my credit card company for stuff I paid for and never got. I lost $144.34. I have all the emails but don't want my info shared.
