Pre-ordered clothes months ago, order canceled, no refund given

I pre-ordered some clothing back in December 2025. The merchant kept sending me emails saying the order was delayed. Then in February 2026 they canceled my order.

I contacted them asking for a refund and they said they couldn't refund me because of Shop.com errors. I emailed them a few more times but they stopped replying. Now I see they have a new website and clothing lines under different names. I lost $156.93 and got nothing.
