Ordered from Nancy and Ruth and tracking shows China not South Carolina

I placed an order on July 6th. They said the goods were shipped on July 11th but the tracking number has not moved at all since then.

The company claims to be in Charleston, SC at 28 Hasell St. But the tracking number shows the package origin is in China. That doesn't make sense to me. Their website is www.nancyandruth.com and their email is [email protected].

I lost $165.63 on this. No idea what is going on with my order.
