Ordered shoes got wrong size and color from Nancy and Ruth

I ordered shoes from nancyandruth.com and they sent me two pairs. Neither one was the size I ordered. One of them was even the wrong color. I tried to get help but they told me I have to ship the return back to China and pay for it myself. That doesn't make sense because they sent me the wrong stuff. I already lost 110 dollars on this. They gave me an email [email protected] to contact but it's just been a mess.
