Charge I disputed three months ago showed up again on my bank

I had this charge on my bank statement for about three months. I went ahead and disputed it with my bank and they gave me a refund. I thought that was the end of it.

But now I just checked my statement and the same charge is back again. It’s for 55 dollars and it’s from some website called facebook with an address in San Francisco. The email was [email protected] and the phone number was 1(419) 966-7269.

I don’t know how they put it back on there after I already got it fixed. It just doesn’t make sense.
