Ordered online and they refused to cancel before shipping

I ordered something from nanopolix.com and then tried to cancel it right after because it hadn't even been shipped yet. I talked to someone and they said no, it could not be cancelled. So I figured okay maybe it will come anyway.

But it never came. I contacted them a bunch of times after that and got no response at all. No reply to my emails or anything. They still would not give me my money back. I lost $41.91. Their phone number is (260) 269-1944 and email is [email protected].
