Dress from Florida boutique was poor quality and return address was fake

I bought a dress from Naples Boutique Florida. Their website says they're in Florida and they have a US site. When I got the dress weeks later it was really bad quality, hardly held together and didn't look like the picture at all.

I tried to return it and emailed them back and forth like 4 times. They kept offering me store credit or ways to keep the dress. I said no. Then they sent me a fake address to ship it overseas and said it had to have tracking. The shipping would cost more than the dress itself. They said no refund if they don't get it.

Their website says 30 day money back guarantee but it doesn't say anything about shipping it overseas with tracking. I lost $63 on this.

Naples Boutique website says free returns but ships from China

I bought from Naples Boutique. Their website says they are in Naples Florida and offer free shipping and free returns. So I bought 4 items of clothing. Only then I find out it ships from China and they make it impossible to return.

I looked up the address they gave me for returns and it's in Shenzhen, China. Room 202, 2nd Floor, Building 6, some industrial park. They want me to mail it to Mr. Wang. What country is this? Such a scam.

The clothes are horrible quality, nothing like the pictures. I contacted my credit card company about it. This website should be taken down. They trick you into thinking it's a Florida store.

Scam

This place is a scam. First of all, they are not United States based. They make it look like it is US based with the title and the info on their website. I intentionally scoured through their website to make sure that they were US based, and they are NOT. They are based in China and it takes weeks to arrive. The sizing is not consistent at all. I ordered two dresses, and they both were sized extra small. One arrived and fit more like an extra large. The second one arrived and it looked like it was made for an eight year-old. I reached out to them to see if I could return (because their site claims very easy returns and great customer service), however, they won’t let me return them (even though they haven’t been worn, and I still have every bit of packaging and tags). They are only offering store credit and asking me to pay any shipping fees, of course. If I would have known that I was not buying from an American company, I definitely would not have bought these. I would be very cautious of these other reviews that are giving it five stars. Especially with how deceptive the title and website are.

Ordered dresses that didn’t fit and they won’t refund me

I saw an ad on Instagram for this website naplesboutique.us so I ordered some dresses. They took about 1-2 weeks to arrive. When they came the dresses didn’t fit right so I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a return label.

We’ve been going back and forth for 2 weeks now. They keep refusing to give me a refund. First they said they’d give me 10 percent back, then 20 percent. But on their website it says there’s a 30-day refund money back guarantee. I think they’re just stalling until the 30 days are up. I lost $140.00.
