Phone call about a pretrial complaint with a case number

Got a call from a number that showed as local. Guy said he was from the pretrial division and that a fax order came in about a complaint being filed against me this morning. He gave me a phone number for National Asset Management at 833-795-5753 with extension 112.

He had a case number and everything. Then he said he was going to deliver documents in person to my humane resources department. I don't even have a human resources department, I'm just an individual. He ended the whole thing with "good luck."

Didn't make any sense. I didn't lose any money but it felt like a debt collection scam. No company name on the caller ID either.
