Got a weird voicemail about legal documents from a bonded dispatch operator

I got this voicemail from someone named Lydia. She said she's a bonded dispatch operator with something called national documents. The message said their office is supposed to deliver legal documents to my address about a pending complaint.

It said if no contact is made, an agent will be sent to my property. They gave a phone number to call, 877-252-0097, and told me to refer to a complaint number. The whole thing was about it being a time sensitive matter needing my immediate attention.

It felt off. I never signed up for anything and I don't know what complaint they're talking about. I didn't call the number.
