Ordered medical log books that weren't as advertised, only offered $4 back

I bought two medical log books from NationWant.com. They weren't as advertised at all, so I asked for a refund. Their own policy says I'm entitled to one.

They got back to me and only offered me four dollars back. Four dollars! I'm out forty-five dollars total. I tried contacting their support at [email protected] and the phone number (203) 453-1234, but it didn't get me anywhere. The address they have is 401 e 4th street in Bridgeport, PA.

I just want my money back for the books I ordered. This doesn't make any sense.
