Voicemail about a legal notice delivery from a company I never heard of

I got this voicemail the other day from a guy named Mike Mason saying he works for Nationwide Express. He said I was on his schedule for delivering some legal notice to my address tomorrow or Monday. He said if I have questions I need to call some filing party at 833-536-7607.

The thing is I never ordered anything or got any papers from anyone. He also said if I wasn't home he would send the papers back as a direct refusal. It just felt really strange and pushy. I don't know what this is about and there's no company name on anything except Nationwide Express which I can't find anything about.
