Ordered something and got fake tracking numbers with no delivery

I placed an order on their website naturaltly.com. After that I got a few different tracking numbers but none of them had a delivery date. I emailed them at [email protected] and asked what was going on. They just sent me another tracking number and said it was delivered. But nothing ever showed up. So I lost $45.00. No resolve at all.
