Ordered jeans and a bag but never got the refund they promised

I ordered a pair of jeans and a bag from Nature Queens. They never delivered it. I contacted them and they said they would refund me. That was a while ago now and I still haven't seen any money back.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their website is naturequeens.com. I lost about 113 dollars. They just took my money and didn't send the stuff or give me my refund.

Top I ordered from Nature Queens looked nothing like the photo

I ordered a top from www.naturequeens.com. It was supposed to be this nice top from the pictures on their site. What showed up was a cheap, badly made top that looked nothing like it. I paid $113.90 for it.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The website is still up though. Just feels like a total waste of money.

Ordered from Nature Queens and got a cheap knockoff instead

I ordered from naturequeens.com and what showed up was nothing like the pictures on their website. It was a cheaply made garment, just badly put together. Looked totally different.

I tried to return it and get my money back but they refused. Wouldn't take the return and wouldn't give me a full refund. I lost $113.90 on this. Their email is [email protected]. I just want my money back for something that isn't even what they advertised.
