Ordered from Naturivan.com and package never came

I ordered from Naturivan.com and my package never arrived. I tried contacting them more than 10 times through their email at [email protected] but nothing works.

I just want my stuff or my money back. It was $69.00 I paid for an online purchase. After all those attempts to talk to them I still get no reply at all.
