Ordered a product and never got it after they said it was sent twice

I ordered something from this company and they told me it was sent twice. But I never got anything. Not once. I kept waiting and checking the mail and nothing showed up.

I asked for a refund and they just didn't give me one. I'm out 57 dollars now. The website was [email protected] and the email was the same. I don't know what else to do.
