Unsatisfied customer

I ordered a special of 10 pair of men cargo shorts, and a pack of socks for free for $25.00. With tax the total order was $33.59. I will willing to wait for the package to be in international transport, but didn't expect a total 30 days for the travel of this package until delivery. Upon receipt in the United States, I tracked the package then it stated it was delivered on August 23, 2026. When we got to the house no package, no neighbors saw any delivery. Reached out to company they mailed a second package, and the same thing happened again the tracking showed delivered on September 7, 2026, which was Labor Day. We're all home at this point, and no delivery. So don't order from them as the company and courier service plays tricks hand in hand. I must say their social media advertisement is a good catch, but don't waste any time/money on ordering as this is a scam company from China. They offered a 20% refund for the first non-delivery, which they still owe, then offered a 70% for the second non-delivery. Waiting for this to be applied. Please note this gift was an anniversary present for my fiancée, and the package never showed both times. Very upset, disappointed, and frustrated at the misconception/deception of Navlooma.

Ordered a product and never got it after they said it was sent twice

I ordered something from this company and they told me it was sent twice. But I never got anything. Not once. I kept waiting and checking the mail and nothing showed up.

I asked for a refund and they just didn't give me one. I'm out 57 dollars now. The website was [email protected] and the email was the same. I don't know what else to do.
