Letter that looks like a check saying final notice

I got a letter in the mail that looks like a check at first. When I opened it up it said final notice on it and Navy Federal Credit Union is listed in a couple spots.

There's a property code on it, 8821520582. The part that looks like a check says "Allocated Waiver $199.00" and under "To The Order Of" they put my name and address and there's a spot to sign.

I didn't call their number.

Postcard about a mortgage issue with no real info

I got a postcard in the mail saying there was some issue with my Navy Federal mortgage loan. It had that number (844-693-0615) on it to call. I never called it because something felt off about the whole thing.

The postcard didn't really say what the problem was, just that I needed to call. I don't know why they'd send something like that without a clear reason. I checked my account and everything seemed fine on my end.

I'm just reporting it. I didn't lose any money or anything but it was strange getting that in the mail.

Got a weird letter about my house from Navy Federal

I got this letter in the mail. It's about my property at 1335 Lambs Grove Road in Elizabeth City, NC. It says it's regarding my lender, Navy Federal Credit Union. The letter says they reserve the right to revoke some allocated waiver after 7 days of getting the notice. It just felt off. I never signed up for anything like this. The contact info on it was a phone number, (800) 973-9029, and an email, [email protected]. That email looks fake. The whole thing doesn't make sense to me. I didn't lose any money, but it seems like a phishing attempt. I just wanted to report this strange letter.
