I sent $460 to this crypto wallet company called NDAX based in Calgary. I bought coins for the same amount. This happened on Friday, April 17th, 2026. They refuse to send my coins to the address I gave them. They just say my withdrawal needs to be reviewed.
I called support. The person told me it would take one day. She asked where I sent the coins and for a link to the person. Then I was blocked. They always have an excuse to not send my coins or to cancel the transaction and send it back to my wallet.
Now it's Tuesday, April 21st, and nothing. I've called several times. Their voicemail says they're busy and will call back, but they never do. All I want is for them to cancel the withdrawal and send my coins back to my account.
