Ordered pillows that never came, website seems unstable now

I ordered a set of pillows from Neckhaven.net on November 29 after reading about them online. The website looked legit and talked about fast shipping, so I thought we'd get them before Christmas. They never showed up and there was no tracking.

I emailed them and they said there was a shipping delay and offered a refund. I should have just taken it. I asked them to ship another set instead and give me tracking. They said it shipped on December 12 and gave a link, but the tracking never had any real information. It looked like it was coming from China but you couldn't actually follow it.

I tried reaching out so many times after that and got no reply at all. Their website seems unstable now and it looks like they have a bunch of different store sites. Even though it seems like that brand sells at Walmart and Amazon, buying direct from them is a scam. There's no real way to contact the company. I'm out $99.95.
