Fake Needoh sold on a website that looks real

I found this website needoh.store when I searched Google for Needoh. It was one of the top results and honestly the site looks super legit. So I ordered one. When it came I had a feeling something was off but I wasn't sure. Then I bought a real one from Target which is an authorized seller and put them side by side. They are totally different. The one from the website is fake. I took a picture showing the real one on the right and the fake on the left.

I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I sent them all the evidence including the pictures. But they rejected my dispute anyway. I'm out the money and stuck with a fake product.

Ordered a Needoh product but got a fake instead

I ordered from their website needoh.store thinking I was getting a real Needoh product. What I got was completely fake and not the same thing at all. I tried to cancel my order just a couple hours after I made it but no luck.

I called the customer service number (305) 438-8678 from the site and nobody picked up. So I emailed them at [email protected] and asked to cancel. They wrote back real quick saying the items already shipped. A few weeks later the package showed up with fake stuff and some boxes were even damaged.

I emailed them again asking for a refund. That was the last I heard from them. They just stopped replying. I lost $349.99 on this.
