Got a letter about credit card debt I don't owe

Got a letter in the mail. It said it was from some Negotiations Department. Re: Discover, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Capital One, American Express.

It said to call them within 10 days to settle an outstanding balance. If I didn't respond, interest would keep adding up. They listed an estimated creditor balance and an estimated settlement amount. Also a proposed program payment and program terms in months. No physical address on the letter. No email address either. Just a phone number. (833) 370-2543. Felt off. Didn't make sense. I didn't lose any money but it's still annoying.
